9 OSMA Employees Receive Yes, If Awards

Russ DeLoach, NASA’s chief of Safety and Mission Assurance (SMA), recently presented seven employees with “Yes, If” awards to recognize their instrumental roles in support of NASA’s mission. Two NASA retirees also received "Yes, If" awards.

The following recipients represent NASA Headquarters, the Katherine Johnson Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Facility, and three NASA centers:

NASA Headquarters

  • U.S. Air Force Lt. Col Denise Zona, former Human Factors and Safety Culture interagency advisor for the Office of Safety and Mission Assurance

  • Joseph (Joe) Irons, director of Facilities Management at IV&V
  • Roger Harris, Space Launch Systems (SLS) project manager at IV&V
