Facility Safety Management Working Group

The Facility Safety Management Working Group is an advisory body that

  • Evaluates Facility System Safety concerns and issues that surface during NASA Safety Center audits
  • Addresses concerns raised at the center level that deserve agency-level attention
  • Identifies and promulgate best practices that can assist NASA centers in addressing noncompliances in Facility System Safety
  • Evaluates applicable NASA Procedural Requirements and NASA Standards and addresses potential policy updates
  • Increases awareness and promotes Facility System Safety
