NASA Safety Center Product Shares Center Best Practices

When auditors visit NASA centers, their primary objective is to ensure compliance with NASA policies, but they look for something else, too: Best Practices.
The NASA Safety Center (NSC) started publishing Best Practices to highlight center, program and project processes and activities discovered during audits and assessments that provide a significant benefit to other NASA centers or address agency-wide systemic issues.
A unique subset of the Best Practices articles are Success Stories. Success Stories describe how centers have taken findings of noncompliance, examined internal processes, and developed and implemented significant improvements, essentially transforming a noncompliance to a Best Practice.
You can find Best Practices and success stories on the NSC website. Please note that this website is internal and cannot be accessed from outside the NASA firewall.
