10/4/2012 - Delta IV Medium
FUEL LEAK
15th Delta IV Medium Flight
During the flight, the Delta Cryogenic Second Stage suffered a drop in performance due to fuel leak in the interior of the thrust chamber. To compensate, the second of three burns by the second stage was extended allowing the payload to be placed in the planned orbit.
